Qualifications

• Ability to use basic math, addition, subtraction, and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all functions of the restaurant to ensure fast, accurate, world-class service and profitability.
• Hire, train, evaluate, discipline, and develop staff including Assistant Managers.
• Oversee ordering, storage, inventory, and daily paperwork to prevent waste and loss.
• Forecast food needs, supervise food preparation and service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead weekly manager meetings and enforce systems and procedures with integrity.
