Responsibilities

• Manage 15–30 staff and assign/oversee work.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline employees.
• Order, store, and issue supplies to minimize waste.
• Supervise food prep and service operations.
• Forecast item needs per shift and ensure accuracy.
• Handle cash, deposits, and shift documentation.
• Lead weekly manager meetings and ensure compliance.
