Qualifications

• 2+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR/fast-casual environment, McDonald’s experience is a strong plus.
• Experience leading department managers and crews, driving growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead department managers and crew to drive business growth and profitability.
• Maintain McDonald’s Quality, Service, Cleanliness standards and food safety compliance.
• Oversee store P&L, labor and inventory costs, and implement strategic plans to hit sales targets.
• Foster a high-energy culture focused on teamwork, recognition, and retention.
