Job summary

MarcJax, LLC in Bradenton, FL is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for a top-performing store in the Lakewood Ranch area. Pay range $60,000 - $65,000 per year plus performance bonus.

You will recruit, train and develop managers, drive QSC standards, manage P&L, and build a high-energy culture focused on teamwork and guest satisfaction. 2+ years GM experience in a high-volume QSR is required; McDonald’s experience is a strong plus. 18+ years old and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years as Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant or fast-casual environment; McDonald’s experience is a strong plus.
• Leadership skills: proven track record of developing assistant/department managers, building strong teams, and reducing turnover.
• Business acumen: strong understanding of restaurant P&L, labor optimization, and inventory controls.
• Mindset: hands-on, coaching mentality with high standards for customer service, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Requirements: 18+ years of age, open/flexible availability, and valid authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: Recruit, hire, train, and develop Department Managers and Shift Managers, creating a strong bench for future growth.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Maintain McDonald's gold standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC). Ensure full compliance with food safety and health guidelines.
• Deliver Financial Results: Oversee store P&L, manage labor and food costs, control inventory, and execute strategic plans to hit sales and profit goals.
• Foster a Great Culture: Build a welcoming, high-energy environment focused on teamwork, recognition, and crew retention.
