Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous General Manager restaurant experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following and enforcing established systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Drive a high-performance culture with urgency and leadership presence.
• Ensure compliance with McDonald's policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized restaurant at all times.
• Deliver excellence in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).
• Manage scheduling to meet business needs while controlling labor costs.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions to improve results.
• Lead, coach, and develop crew and future leaders through structured training.
