Papa John’s is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction. You’ll oversee day-to-day performance, coach a management team, and uphold food safety and brand standards while delivering a welcoming, high‑energy environment for guests and team members.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, performance coaching, and continuous improvement across every shift to maintain consistency and quality in service, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in casual restaurant operations.
• Strong team leadership and conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• ServeSafe certification preferred (training may be provided).

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant to achieve sales and profit objectives.
• Maintain highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and sanitation.
• Lead managers and staff to deliver exceptional hospitality and guest experiences.
• Support all positions as needed and drive continuous improvement.
