Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required.
• Manager Food Handler Certification is required.
• Willingness to work weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, schedule team members in partnership with District Manager.
• Work with District Manager and HR to manage performance, coaching, and discipline.
• Communicate job expectations and monitor performance; manage compensation actions.
