KBP Brands is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for our Maine team in Brewer. This role leads a fast-paced, high-volume KFC operation, driving profitability, staff development, and guest experience. You will recruit, train, and supervise managers and team members while ensuring quality standards and a welcoming atmosphere.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to close shifts and manage operations end-to-end to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week and maintain a clean, guest-friendly environment.
