KBP Brands is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for our KBP Foods network. This on-site role in Bangor, ME leads restaurant operations, drives profitability, and mentors a diverse team to deliver quality guest experiences.

You will recruit staff, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure standards. The company supports advancement, including internal development, education benefits, and employee perks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar in food service or retail.
• Profit & loss responsibility and budget awareness are expected.
• Ability to mentor and coach staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Willingness to close the restaurant and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by controlling costs, managing labor, inventory, and cash procedures.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff to maintain operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment and high-quality product.
