Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in the United States to lead the team, hire and train staff, schedule operations, and manage the budget for a high-volume restaurant. The GM will drive customer satisfaction and restaurant performance in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a track record of people development, and a hands-on approach to daily operations. Competitive salary, bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.
