Qualifications

• 5 years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture, promoting equity and belonging.
• Lead recognition, collaboration, and motivation efforts.
• Identify and recruit exceptional talent, supporting the GM hiring process.
• Strong communication skills for appraisals and disciplinary actions.
• Adhere to corporate policies, health and safety standards.

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor management staff.

• Schedule staff to optimize service and coach on CHAMPS standards.
