Job summary

McDonald’s Corporate owned restaurant is seeking a General Manager to drive profitability while upholding McDonald’s Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards. You will lead Department Managers, set goals, and coach teams to improve performance.

The role also involves hiring and developing managers to ensure long-term success. The ideal candidate has GM experience in high-volume settings, preferably in quick service, hospitality, or retail, and meets the age requirement of 18+.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, or hospitality/retail experience is strongly desired.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress and provide coaching.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.
