Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the daily operation and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while directing scheduling, performance management, and budget controls to ensure profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a proven track record in people development, with the ability to handle customer issues and deliver great food and service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy required.
• Strong preference for internal promote from Assistant General Manager.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Business math and accounting skills with analytical/decision-making ability.
• Ability to sweep/mop, dust, lift and carry trash, outdoor bin handling.
• Ability to clean parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Must tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping for 80% of shift.
