• Leads Department Managers to set goals, follow up, and coach staff to improve.
• Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume locations; quick service/ hospitality or retail preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

• Lead and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the right team.
• Help set and achieve restaurant goals with connection to leadership.
• Ensure staffing and scheduling align with business needs.
