Job summary

McDonald’s Corporate-owned restaurant seeks a General Manager to run a profitable operation while upholding McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will lead Department Managers, set goals, and coach teams to improve performance and guest experience.

You will also hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right leadership is in place for ongoing success, with opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals and providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments.
• Work with leaders to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future and to drive profitability.
