Job summary

McDonald's Corporate-owned restaurant is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable operation while upholding McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will lead Department Managers, set goals, coach teams, and hire/develop leaders to drive performance in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired.
• Experience in hospitality or retail is acceptable.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage a restaurant.

• Run a profitable restaurant and uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress, and coach for improvement.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build future leadership.
