Long John Silver's is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will supervise crew, manage daily restaurant operations, and ensure high standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency.

As a manager, you will drive staffing, training, and customer service excellence while maintaining profitability through effective inventory control and waste reduction.

Qualifications

• Must pass Manager Readiness Checklist.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work 50hrs per week, nights and weekends.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Value customer service and lead the team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, BOH technologies and HRIS platforms.
