The role requires strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen, with a track record of people development. Expect a demanding schedule that emphasizes guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L exposure.
• 50-hour work week requirement.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and stoop for 80% of shift.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.
