Qualifications

• Minimum of 50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• At least one year of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to promote a positive team atmosphere and opportunities for growth.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Food Safety Certificate (can earn while training).

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and motivate team members.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable work environment.

• Manage inventory, timekeeping, and sales reporting.
