Long John Silver's is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to uphold brand standards across operations, from food preparation to guest relations and financial accountability.

You will lead and develop the team, manage work schedules, ensure safety, quality, and cleanliness, and drive local sales through targeted marketing.

This role requires long hours, a valid driver's license, and an associate degree or equivalent with at least one year of related experience.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree or equivalent; at least one year related experience.
• Ability to work 50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Promotes positive team atmosphere with growth opportunities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns.
• Recruit, hire, develop and motivate team; manage schedules.
• Maintain safe, clean environment; ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of ingredients with food safety.
• Maintain local marketing programs to grow sales.
• Manage admin tasks: timekeeping, inventory, cash handling, and sales reporting.
