The role involves coaching a 25+ member team, daily huddles, scheduling, payroll, and participation in hiring and onboarding. Strong communication and ServSafe certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of restaurant experience with supervisory roles.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Proficiency with HRIS, Outlook and internal tools.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring quality, safety, cleanliness and service.
• Coach and engage the team to foster a high-performing culture.
• Model leadership and address guest concerns with urgency and care.
• Supervise a 25+ employee team and ensure adherence to standards.
• Lead daily pre-shift huddles and align goals with teams.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and financial reconciliation.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and developing future leaders.
• Monitor labor and financial performance toward key targets.
