Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking energetic, goal-oriented managers to join Marco’s Pizza’s leadership team in Owasso, OK. You will lead up to 20 team members, uphold standards for quality, speed, sanitation, and customer satisfaction, and partner with the home office on reporting and planning.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Marco's leadership behaviors and values.
• Source and interview store employees to ensure alignment with our values.
• Train team members on processes, customer service, and updated policies.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with staff.
• Ensure standards for product quality, service speed, and sanitation.
• Manage inventory, par levels, and ordering system.

• Training team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures to ensure we are a world class operation.
• Ensure all aspects of human resources are followed including scheduling, payroll, benefits, performance reviews and reporting to the home office as requested.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.

Product

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure appropriate inventory par levels and ordering system are in place.
• Complete weekly inventory.
• Complete end of period inventory.

Management

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Complete inventory reporting, ensure appropriate inventory par levels are met and ordering system is in place.
• Accountable for creating store Action Plans including marketing to continuously improve the business.
• Accountable for weekly KPIs and plan to achieve goals
• Ensure the store and exterior of the property are maintained.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
