Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking an energetic Store Manager candidate for Marco's Pizza locations in Indiana. You will lead a team of up to 20, ensuring excellent customer service, adherence to policies, and strong operations daily.

Responsibilities include staff interviewing, training, scheduling, payroll, and reporting to the home office, while driving product quality, efficiency, and a clean, safe restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience, required
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibilities

• Source and interview store employees to ensure alignment with company values
• Train team members on processes, customer service, and updated policies
• Manage scheduling, payroll, benefits, performance reviews and reporting to the home office
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training
• Maintain product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation
• Maintain inventory par levels and ordering system; complete weekly and end-of-period inventories
• Oversee store KPIs and create action plans to improve the business
• Ensure store exterior is maintained and security procedures for deposits are followed

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure appropriate inventory par levels and ordering system are in place.
• Complete weekly inventory.
• Complete end of period inventory.

Management

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Complete inventory reporting, ensure appropriate inventory par levels are met and ordering system is in place.
• Accountable for creating store Action Plans including marketing to continuously improve the business.
• Accountable for weekly KPIs and plan to achieve goals
• Ensure the store and exterior of the property are maintained.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
