Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is hiring for a restaurant management role to lead store operations at Marco’s Pizza locations. You will supervise up to 20 staff, recruit and train team members, and drive service quality and customer satisfaction.

Expect a fast-paced environment with focus on process adherence, budgeting, scheduling, and KPI tracking to continuously improve store performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and reinforce leadership behaviors and values.
• Create an environment that promotes company culture and philosophies to attract, retain and develop our people.
• Source and interview all store employees to ensure they embrace our values and customer satisfaction.
• Train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.
• Maintain standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Ensure inventory par levels and ordering systems are in place; complete weekly and end-of-period inventories.
• Report KPIs and develop action plans to improve the business.

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure appropriate inventory par levels and ordering system are in place.
• Complete weekly inventory.
• Complete end of period inventory.

Management

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Complete inventory reporting, ensure appropriate inventory par levels are met and ordering system is in place.
• Accountable for creating store Action Plans including marketing to continuously improve the business.
• Accountable for weekly KPIs and plan to achieve goals
• Ensure the store and exterior of the property are maintained.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
