Job summary

Marco's Pizza, operated by Hoogland Restaurant Group, seeks an energetic manager to lead store teams in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes people, product and management to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong results.

You will recruit, train and coach up to 20 staff members, oversee scheduling and payroll, manage inventories and KPIs, and ensure safety and sanitation standards. Weekend hours required; competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and reinforce leadership behaviors and values.
• Create an environment that promotes culture and philosophies to attract, retain and develop our people.
• Source and interview store employees to embrace values and customer satisfaction.
• Train team members on processes, customer service and updated policies.
• Schedule, payroll, benefits, performance reviews and reporting to home office.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.
• Maintain product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Oversee inventory par levels and ordering system; complete weekly and end-of-period inventories.
• Produce store action plans including marketing to improve business and manage weekly KPIs.

• Complete weekly inventory.
• Complete end of period inventory.

Management

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Complete inventory reporting, ensure appropriate inventory par levels are met and ordering system is in place.
• Accountable for creating store Action Plans including marketing to continuously improve the business.
• Accountable for weekly KPIs and plan to achieve goals
• Ensure the store and exterior of the property are maintained.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.

Requirements

• 3 years of leadership experience, required
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
