Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco's Pizza franchise owner in the US, is seeking energetic, goal-oriented managers who thrive on people and results. Join a management team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and strong store performance.

As a manager, you will lead up to 20 team members, supervise scheduling, payroll, benefits and training, and develop store action plans to improve results. Weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience within a fast-paced environment.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team, enforce company culture and policies.
• Schedule payroll, benefits, performance reviews and reporting to home office.
• Plan leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager and shifts.
• Maintain product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Drive store KPIs and create action plans to grow the business.

• Demonstrate and reinforce Marco's leadership behaviors and values.

• Source and interview all store employees to ensure they will embrace our values, including a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Training team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures to ensure we are a world class operation.
• Ensure all aspects of human resources are followed including scheduling, payroll, benefits, performance reviews and reporting to the home office as requested.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.

Product

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure appropriate inventory par levels and ordering system are in place.
• Complete weekly inventory.
• Complete end of period inventory.

Management

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Complete inventory reporting, ensure appropriate inventory par levels are met and ordering system is in place.
• Accountable for creating store Action Plans including marketing to continuously improve the business.
• Accountable for weekly KPIs and plan to achieve goals
• Ensure the store and exterior of the property are maintained.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.

Requirements

• 3 years of leadership experience, required
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays
