Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco's Pizza franchise owner in the US with over 100 locations, is seeking energetic, goal-oriented leaders to join our management team. You will shape store performance, develop people, and drive guest satisfaction.

This role requires 3 years of leadership experience, 1 year of restaurant experience preferred, and the ability to lead up to 20 team members, with about 50 hours weekly including weekends. Grow with us in a fast-paced, pizza-loving culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source and interview store employees to ensure alignment with our values and customer satisfaction.
• Train team on processes, customer service, and updated policies for world-class operation.
• Maintain standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Plan store Action Plans including marketing to improve the business.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, benefits, performance reviews and reporting to the home office.
• Coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.

• Ensure all aspects of human resources are followed including scheduling, payroll, benefits, performance reviews and reporting to the home office as requested.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.

Product

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure appropriate inventory par levels and ordering system are in place.
• Complete weekly inventory.
• Complete end of period inventory.

Management

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Complete inventory reporting, ensure appropriate inventory par levels are met and ordering system is in place.
• Accountable for creating store Action Plans including marketing to continuously improve the business.
• Accountable for weekly KPIs and plan to achieve goals
• Ensure the store and exterior of the property are maintained.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.

• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays
