Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, help set goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve departments.
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.
