• 3+ years of GM experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Proven P&L, budget management and financial target achievement.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with full-service bar operations and beverage programs is a plus.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including FOH/BOH and beverage programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Monitor food and beverage quality to maintain brand standards.
• Collaborate with bar team to maintain beverage program.
• Implement health and safety regulations and ensure compliance.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop team members.
• Develop and manage budgets, and analyze sales and labor costs to optimize profitability.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs.
• Lead guest service excellence and address feedback promptly.
• Partner with marketing to execute local promotions and drive traffic.
• Represent Ugly Dumpling at community events.
