Qualifications

• 3+ years of GM experience in fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and financial targets.

• Experience with full-service beverage programs and menu development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Manage food and beverage quality, prep, and presentation to maintain brand quality.
• Lead beverage program development and collaboration with bar team.
• Enforce health, safety, and compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop FOH and BOH staff.
• Cultivate accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular meetings, evaluations, and coaching for staff development.
• Develop and manage budgets, P&L, and financial goals.
• Analyze sales trends and labor costs to optimize profitability.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to minimize waste.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest feedback promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive local promotions and traffic.
• Represent Ugly Dumpling at community events to boost visibility.
