Job summary

T’s Restaurant Group in Cranston, RI is seeking a Restaurant General Manager - Team Lead to oversee the full restaurant, lead the management team, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced breakfast and lunch setting.

This is a daytime, full-time salaried role with a pay range of $65,000–$70,000 per year plus a quarterly bonus of up to 10% of annual salary; successful candidates will manage staff, control costs, drive performance, and uphold T’s standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience leading managers and hourly staff in full-service settings.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality, food safety, scheduling, and labor management.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and hold teams accountable professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire restaurant management team and set daily goals.
• Ensure front-of-house and back-of-house operations meet company standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop managers and hourly staff.
• Protect hospitality, food quality, and guest experience.
• Analyze sales, labor, food costs, and operational trends.
