Job summary

The Ugly Dumpling General Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, delivering consistently excellent guest experiences while driving profitability and upholding quality and compliance.

Leading FOH and BOH teams, the GM fosters a positive work environment, develops staff, manages budgets and P&L, analyzes sales trends, and partners with marketing to attract guests and events. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as GM or equivalent in a high-volume restaurant.
• Proven P&L, budgeting, and financial target achievement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with full-service bar operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and brand standards.
• Lead and develop FOH and BOH teams.
