Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in a management position, preferably in a restaurant.
• Able to work 47.5–50 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management.
• Organizational, planning and time management.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
