Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction at our Tennessee location. You will hire, train and coach staff, monitor service quality, and implement the business plan to meet budgets and labor goals.

Responsibilities include maintaining food safety standards, enforcing labor laws, and upholding company values while delivering a high-energy, guest-focused dining experience for patrons in Fairview.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in management (restaurant preferred).
• Able to work a 47.5–50 hour work week with flexible hours.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management.
• Organizational, planning and time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
