Angry Chickz is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction. The role focuses on recruiting and developing a high-performing team, planning schedules, and upholding company standards.

You will supervise inventory, food preparation, and compliance with health regulations while working to maximize profitability. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, experience in hospitality, and a track record of maintaining service excellence.

Formación

• Knowledge of curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and measurement of training effects.
• Strong command of the English language including grammar, spelling, and word meaning.
• Understanding of equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote local, state, or national safety operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Attract, recruit, develop, and retain team members aligned with Angry Chickz culture.
• Prepare schedules and assign duties for each shift.
• Monitor food prep methods, recipes, and portion sizes.
• Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
• Review and manage P&L statements to measure productivity and sales.
