Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; BA/BS preferred
• Minimum 2 years of successful management experience
• Experience coaching and developing teams in retail/restaurant/hospitality
• Direct P&L responsibility experience preferred
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• ServSafe Certification required within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Hiring, interviewing, and retaining team members to brand standards
• Ensure staffing levels to support peak periods
• Train and develop team on product knowledge and service standards
• Analyze store performance and manage labor records for compliance
• Lead by example and drive a positive store culture
• Monitor performance reviews and promotions
