Auntie Anne's inDes Peres, MO is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily store operations and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll support the General Manager, coach a diverse team, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in food service or retail, strong leadership, and reliable scheduling flexibility. This full-time role includes perks and growth potential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance may be required by location.
• 1–2 years of food service or retail experience preferred.
• Food handler certification current or obtained within 30 days.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and store performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting.
• Handle team and guest concerns with professionalism and confidence.
• Step in to manage the store in the General Manager's absence.
