Job summary

Fresh Dining Concepts is seeking a proactive General Manager to oversee operations of Auntie Anne’s, Carvel Ice Cream, and other brands. You will lead a team of 10–40, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure brand standards while managing staff and financial performance.

Responsibilities include staff recruiting, training, performance management, P&L oversight, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Must be committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; BA/BS in Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of successful management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Experience coaching and developing teams and managing store operations.
• Direct P&L responsibility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, interview, and retain team members while ensuring brand standards.
• Train staff on product knowledge, service standards, and policies.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Monitor store performance, scheduling, and labor costs for compliance.
• Lead by example to build a positive team culture and guest experience.
