Job summary

Fulenwider Enterprises (KFC/Taco Bell) in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to direct daily operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure quality, service and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Basic personal computer literacy
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; College or University Degree preferred.
• 1-4 years supervisory experience in either a food or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Creates value for shareholders through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.
• Maintains highest level of Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Hospitality by guest interaction during peak hours.
• Takes an active role in guest service and guest relations, monitors employee appearance and selling techniques.
• Controls day-to-day operations by tracking labor and product costs; manages inventory and supplies.
• Maintains productivity through recruiting, training, and motivating hourly employees.
• Oversees preventative maintenance and basic repairs of equipment.
• Prepares and submits required reports with projection and cash control techniques.
• Recruits and hires hourly staff, conducts reviews, and maintains safe environment.
• Ensures OSHA, health and safety codes and company safety policy are met.
