• Oversees guest service, employee appearance, courtesy and selling techniques; participates in marketing efforts.
• Manages day-to-day operations: labor and costs, orders, inventory, and weekly scheduling.
• Leads recruiting, training, motivation, safety, and performance for hourly staff.
• Ensures OSHA and local health and safety codes and company policies are met.
