Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–4 years supervisory experience in food or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and numerical ability.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and safety standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and team development.
• Monitor inventory, cost controls, and vendor relations to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Lead recruiting, performance coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
