Job summary

Fulenwider Enterprises (KFC/Taco Bell) Greeneville, TN is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to direct the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure compliance with company standards across guest service, food preparation, inventory and safety.

You will recruit, train, and lead hourly staff, manage costs, and drive financial performance while maintaining a high level of hospitality and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Creates value for shareholders through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.
• Maintains highest level of Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Hospitality by interacting with guests during peak hours and ensuring menu items are available.
• Takes an active role in guest service and guest relations, monitors appearance, courtesy and selling techniques; participates in marketing efforts.
• Controls day-to-day operations by tracking labor and costs, orders supplies, maintains inventory levels and plans weekly schedules.
• Maintains productivity by recruiting, training, and motivating hourly employees.
• Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs of equipment, building and grounds.
• Prepares and submits required reports and uses cash control techniques and security measures.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, disciplines, terminates hourly staff; develops, motivates and trains; maintains a safe environment.
• Ensures OSHA, health & safety codes and company policies are met.
