Bob Evans Restaurants seeks an experienced General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and staff, ensuring food quality and great guest experiences at a market-competitive compensation package.

You will drive sales, profitability, and labor planning in a fast-paced, family-dining environment, while maintaining safety, compliance, and exceptional guest service. Local market knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of leadership experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining.
• College and/or culinary schooling preferred.
• Alcohol serving: state-age requirements apply to manager positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily restaurant operations and staff, executing company policies.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Drive sales, profitability, and cost controls, including P&L management.
• Model professional and hospitable behavior; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain safety, health, and compliance with OSHA and codes.
• Coordinate scheduling and labor cost management.
