Job summary

Burger King is hiring a Restaurant General Manager in the Amesbury area. The RGM will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive sales and profitability while leading the management team and ensuring compliance across all shifts.

The role requires 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work long or irregular hours. Location: 133 Macy Street, Amesbury, MA 01913.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to meet guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead the restaurant management team and manage financial controls, people development and compliance.
• Work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper restaurant functioning.
• Directly supervise Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• Interact with restaurant staff, management, DM, customers and vendors.
