Burger King’s franchise in Amesbury, MA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and increase sales while developing restaurant teams.

The RGM oversees financial controls, operations, and compliance across shifts, with interaction across team members, management, and vendors, and reports to a District Manager. Flexibility for long hours is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete internal certification programs.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) has overall responsibility for daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees).
• The RGM leads the restaurant management team and oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance.
• The RGM should be able to work long and irregular shifts, including extra shifts, as needed.
• This position is overseen by a District Manager and directly manages Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• This role interacts with restaurant team members, management, DM-s, customers, and outside vendors.
• Ensure profitability and compliance with company policies.
