Job summary

Burger King Amesbury is hiring a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a team of 10-45 employees. You’ll manage financials, staff development, and compliance across all shifts, with flexibility for longer hours as needed.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED (2 years of college preferred) and 1–2 years of restaurant management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• The RGM has overall responsibility for daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees).
• Oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance within the restaurant across all shifts.
• Able to work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts, as needed.
• Interacts with restaurant team members, management, DM-s, customers, field ops, and vendors.
