Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar in New Baltimore, MI is seeking a General Manager who will lead operations, finance, and people across the location. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage P&L, and ensure compliance with company standards and safety policies.

The GM will model Apple II management training, recruit and develop multi-unit leadership, and partner with the Area Director to achieve goals and execute the TSFR Roadmap.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline.
• 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with direct P&L accountability.
• Completion of Apple II Management training.
• AGM or prior unit GM experience with a similar organization.
• Exemplary restaurant operations leadership and business acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees Managers and hourly TEAM Members within the location.
• Manages restaurant environment with emphasis on prompt, friendly service.
• Ensures compliance with safety, sanitation and company policies.
• Drives staffing, scheduling and training to meet sales demands.
• Maintains inventory controls and cost management.
• Engages with community to increase sales and brand presence.
