Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience with direct P&L accountability; national chain preferred.
• Completion of Apple II Management training and proven track record of achieving business goals with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Managers and hourly TEAM Members within their location.
• Ensures prompt, friendly service according to Company guidelines.
• Maintains guest satisfaction as a priority and handles guest complaints with a defined process.
• Develops and enforces training procedures for new managers and ongoing staff development.
• Manages restaurant environment, inventory, safety, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations; conducts regular manager meetings.
