Job summary

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is seeking a General Manager to lead operations and drive financial and guest experience performance at a Michigan location. The GM will oversee managers and hourly team members, uphold brand standards, and build a culture aligned with our core values.

The role requires prior AGM or senior GM experience, Apple II training, and a track record of achieving business goals in a similar organization. Strong leadership and community involvement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, finance, hospitality, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with P&L accountability.
• Completion of Apple II Management training or equivalent leadership program.
• Strong leadership and business acumen at market level.

Responsibilities

• Ensures prompt, friendly service according to Company guidelines.
• Oversees Managers and hourly TEAM Members across the location.
• Maintains inventory levels and safeguards assets.
• Ensures safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies and laws.
• Communicates daily with other managers and conducts regular performance reviews.
• Develops goals, coaches, and drives growth aligned with TSFR Roadmap.
