Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of Apple II Management training and related leadership development.
• Minimum 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with P&L accountability, preferably in a national chain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial performance at the location.
• Lead and develop Managers and Hourly TEAM Members.
• Ensure guest service aligns with company guidelines and values.
• Maintain controls, safety, sanitation, inventory, and budgets.
• Engage with the community to increase sales.
